This bloke claimed to be calling from Virgin Media, said he needed to get into my computer to fix up the router speed. I asked him for my account number first, but the digits he gave me were nothing close to mine. Then he tried to say he could tell me my postcode instead, but he never actually did. When I mentioned I don't own a computer he suggested using my Android phone, but I told him I don't have one of those either. After that, he just hung up on me.
