This outfit goes by the name of Direct Legal, or so they claim. However, whenever you attempt to give them a ring, you’re just met with a message saying the number is out of service. I reckon they’re nothing more than a claims management company trying to reel in unsuspecting folks.

When I get calls like that, I usually adopt one of two tactics: 1. I aim to create such a dreadful experience for the caller that they might reconsider bothering me again. 2. Alternatively, if I’ve got a moment to spare, I’ll be overly cheery and drag out the conversation for as long as I can, making sure to inform them at the conclusion of our chat exactly what I’ve achieved during our delightful exchange.

I've received two calls from this oddball tonight, and they promptly disconnect as soon as I answer. From what I can gather from the sounds in the background, it seems like they might be in some sort of office environment. Quite bizarre, really.
