Today, I received a rather dodgy automated call purporting to be from Amazon, claiming there was an issue with my Prime subscription. They stated that my bank would be charged £39.99 for the renewal of services. Honestly, this has all the hallmarks of a scam!

dodgy call - got an automatic message claiming it was amazon telling me my prime would be charged £39.99, said it was coming straight from my bank. I just ended the call cos honestly, these scammers are the worst. also, how on earth do they know I’ve got a prime subscription? is amazon actually selling my info to these muppets? feels a bit scary if that’s the case.
