On the 14th of August, 2018, at precisely 10:45 in the morning, I got a rather dodgy automated message. It was a woman, speaking in an American accent, claiming to be from BT and stating they would be cutting off our Internet service. The options given were to press one for further details or two for any other concerns. Naturally, I pressed one, only to be met with silence as the call disconnected. I promptly reported this suspicious call to BT, as it was clearly a SCAM.
