I got a call from this number yesterday, and they were pushing a mobile phone contract, pretending to represent EE. However, I have a strong suspicion it was a scam.

I picked up this number on my cell and almost right away, there was this automated voice saying "goodbye." Tried looking it up online but couldn’t find anything about it. So, I just went ahead and blocked it.
