not sure who it was, a bloke's voice on the line. i usually just say 'hello' when i answer, keeping it neutral. then yesterday, the same voice rang from another number: 01922 764134. he said he was calling from british telecom. the way he spoke was a bit off, sounded almost robotic and a bit unsettling!
