After they finished their sales pitch, I kept them waiting on the line for about four minutes, telling them I needed to nip to the loo. To my surprise, they stayed put. Then I told them I'd built a wind turbine in my garden, powered by cow methane, and had loads of spare electricity - asked if they fancied buying some off me. They couldn’t be bothered and just rudely hung up on me!
