Last week, I got a call from someone claiming they were from my EE bank, asking for my Visa card details and stuff. I asked her for a password to check, and she got all rude and just hung up on me. Same thing happened again recently.

I got a call from someone saying they were updating my details for some sort of marketing preference list to stop unwanted calls. But they got my address wrong and when I told them I’m already signed up to the TPS, they just hung up on me. This is like the third time this week I've had a call like this. Really annoying!
