annoying as hell but surprisingly clued up on a car I used to have, though they mixed up the years and even said I was in a crash (I definitely wasn't). when I questioned them about the mistakes, they got really hostile and rude. so I just ended the call. they'll no doubt try again, typical of those low-paid call centre folks pestering people all day.
