definitely a con person trying to scam you

Something similar happened to me, this bloke rang twice with a really thick Indian accent. He used my missus’s name, plus her email and phone number which are easy to find online, and claimed he was from "Windows Central" - not even Microsoft itself. When I asked if he knew who I was, he just called me a "silly ####" and suddenly hung up. Seems like once he realised his scam wasn’t gonna fly, he just got rude and cut off straight away.

Early this morning, a guy called claiming to be Jordan Black from Microsoft. He asked me to fetch my computer and follow his instructions. I pretended to cooperate, and when he told me to find a certain key, I said I couldn’t find it. He then rudely asked if I was blind. I told him he was cheeky and hung up. Just two minutes later, he rang back. My partner picked up and it was the same bloke, Jordan Black. My partner called him cheeky too for being so rude and asked if he was blind. I’m fed up with these annoying calls.
