Got a call from someone claiming to be my bank, saying there was a 600 quid withdrawal from my account. I asked a few questions and then they just told me to wait and suddenly the call got disconnected. When I rang my bank directly, they said nothing like that had happened. It’s really awful how they try to mess around with pensioners like this.
