Got a call from someone who sounded Indian claiming they were from TalkTalk. They started saying there were some issues with my account over the past few weeks, asking if I'd seen any problems. When I told them I’m not with TalkTalk, they just cut me off. Straight to block!

Got two calls today from the same number. First time, the caller said they were with TalkTalk and mentioned some error messages on my line. I told them I was already online with wifi and multiple gadgets connected, and asked for their IP address. They just ended the call straight away. The second time, the moment I picked up, the call was cut off immediately. Very fishy.

I've been having issues with my TalkTalk router being really slow. I noticed calls coming through with a Wrexham area code but the caller sounded like they were from India or somewhere similar. I reckon it's best to just block that number.

I answered the phone and said hello, but it immediately hung up on me. I've already blocked the number now.

Got a call from this number saying they were from TalkTalk and that there was a problem with our internet. They asked if we had a laptop or computer, and when I said no, they just ended the call straight away. I'd watch out for this number and anyone else using the 01978 code.
