I live in Devon and got a call from them but they didn’t leave any voicemail. I’m on the TPS, so not sure why they were ringing.

Had a couple of calls this week from people saying they were from BT or Microsoft, saying others were using my internet in Reading without my okay. On one day, two different folks rang me back to back within just two minutes! When I asked one if it was some kind of scam, they started swearing. I let another talk for about five minutes before I asked the same question, and again, got more rude responses. Honestly, don’t ever share your details with anyone who calls out of the blue, unless you're the one who asked for them.

It’s clear they’re trying to trick you into letting them into your computer by falsely claiming your internet isn’t working right. They want your info so they can steal money from your bank or max out your credit cards. Honestly, I don’t get why these scammers haven’t been locked up and kicked out of the country ages ago.

Keeps ringin almost all the time. When I pick up, most times no one really talks, but then some just launch right into a sales spiel non-stop. Totally annoying.

Got a call from someone saying they were with BT, trying to check if our internet was acting up. Told them we didn’t have any issues, and they just hung up straight away!

About 20 minutes after the first time, they rang me back but just dropped the call again. Seriously annoying - you make up your mind, huh??

some bloke rang saying he was from bt and needed to warn me about my internet. i didn’t wanna play along, so i didn’t answer any of his questions, and then he just cut off!
