i picked up and they just hung up on me, so i’ve gone and blocked the number now.

The voice sounded like they weren’t from around here, so I just hung up as soon as I picked up. Honestly, these random calls are so annoying, don’t think they’re even allowed anymore! Such a pain with all these unwanted nuisance calls!

I keep getting calls from them and asked how they even have my info when it’s illegal here in the UK without permission. I tried to speak to a manager and told them they’re breaking the law, then they just hung up on me. Now I can’t even call that number back to make them stop. So frustrating!

I got a call from someone claiming to be from the financial ombudsman, said Id get £1826.19 back for PPI. They already had my name, address, phone number, even which bank I use. Then they told me it was for some mortgage claim, which I don't even have, then quickly changed it to a bank card issue. Felt really dodgy, they just hung up on me when I asked questions. Definitely don't trust these people.

Got a call about some PPI refund, saying there’s £1826 waiting for me on my credit card. Total nonsense - I’ve never claimed anything like that. Looks like the same scam others mentioned here.

I had no clue what he was after. I didn’t even bother asking what the call was about but when I requested his number, he just cut me off straight away!

I got a call from a guy named John, sounded asian, saying my £1800 PPI claim was approved. When I said I wasn’t sure if it was legit, he just ended the call. The weird thing was that he knew my name and mentioned stuff about being ex-director and PPS. That’s what freaked me out the most.

Today I got a call from a bloke saying he was from England Collect, but as soon as I answered he just ended the call. Proper strange!

Pretty sure he fibbed just to get me to sign up for life insurance. Said it was to help me avoid losing 40% of my PPI payout or something like that.

Got a call yesterday about some PPI claim. I looked into that ages ago, so I’m pretty sure there’s nothing for me there. They’ve rung me a few more times since then, but I’ve just blocked the number now.
