MBNA keeps ringing me up even though I've got a payment plan with them. They seem to think it's fine to hassle me for more cash, which I reckon is not just wrong but bordering on harassment. The call blocking with BT's phone preference is rubbish, and on top of that, they want money to block certain numbers! MBNA uses about 70 different phone numbers to hide who they are and get through call blockers, so watch out for that.
