I received a bothersome call today from MBNA, despite having a payment plan sorted with them. It's appalling that they believe they're entitled to hound me for more money. This isn’t just wrong; it borders on harassment and intimidation. As for BT's telephone preference service, what a farce! They even want me to cough up cash to block certain numbers. Just a heads up-MBNA has loads of different numbers at their disposal, making it a right faff for anyone trying to block their incessant calls. Stay vigilant, folks!
