I keep getting calls nonstop from this company, even tho I had a no-fault accident way back in Feb 2012. They keep pestering me to file a claim, even though everything was sorted ages ago. They ask if I hurt myself, if I’m still in any pain, even stuff like whiplash or just a tiny ache. Now they're saying I have to claim because some money's been reserved and this won’t stop until I do. I’ve asked them nicely to leave me alone, but they just don’t. Any ideas on how to make them disappear for good?

For the past couple of weeks, I've had this number ring me nearly a dozen times, trying to get info for a bogus injury claim. Every time I told them to stop and to take me off their contact list. Yesterday, I finally got fed up and gave them a proper telling-off - no swearing, just a firm "cut it out." Then today, they called back and just shouted swear words down the line. I tried reporting it to their supervisor, but honestly, the bloke sounded just as bad as the caller! Does anyone know where this lot is based?

I'm so fed up with Insure Direct always hassling me, it's driving me mad. Someone really needs to take action and maybe even take them to court.

Got a cold call from some firm saying they buy 'claim data' and trying to get me to start an 'injury claim'. Sounds like one of those third party claim companies. I just ended the call - they were rude and spoke way too quickly. Not interested!
