Got a call from a woman with an accent, you could hear loads of chatter in the background like she was in some busy call centre. Said her name might have been Bianca, and that she was ringing from BT’s tech support. When I told her ‘Again?’ and mentioned I’d been getting loads of calls from them recently, she just went quiet and ended the call.
