I find myself inundated with calls featuring a recorded message inquiring if I’m on the lookout for job opportunities. It’s becoming quite monotonous, with several calls a day-often less than thirty minutes apart! Whenever I call 1471 to check the number, it appears; however, when I attempt to reach out to lodge a complaint, the representatives deny having made the call. Conversely, when another company rings me and chooses to block their number, the message clearly states, “the caller has withheld their number,” and their details remain hidden. It’s rather perplexing and suggests they may not be truthful in their responses. Has anyone else encountered this lot? Is it possible that this is some sort of scam?

I've been getting calls daily from a recorded message asking if I'm interested in a job vacancy. It's been relentless - sometimes these calls last for half an hour! Whenever I check the number via 1471, it's always the same. However, when I try to complain about it, the callers outright deny ever contacting me. And it gets even murkier; if another person from the same company calls but hides their number, I get a message saying "the subscriber has withheld their number," which makes me think they're trying to pull a fast one. Does anyone else recognise this? It feels like I’m dealing with a scam here, doesn’t it?
