I picked up this annoying call on the morning of 2nd January, but at first all I could hear was silence and some weird background noise with no one actually talking. Then suddenly a man said a name and cut off the call straight away. This number looks like it’s from BT landline, and if that’s the case, they seriously need to teach their people how to handle calls better.
