On Saturday morning, I got a call from someone saying they were with the Telephone Preference Service. They were telling me about some changes to my call blocking once my phone line switched to the new digital system. I told them to send me a letter with the details instead. Even after that, the guy kept going on. When I double-checked if he got that I wanted it in writing, he said yes but still carried on talking, so I just ended the call.
