4 yearsGot a call from a man with an Asian accent saying he was from BT Openreach. There was a lot of noise in the background, like people chatting. He claimed there was a problem with my internet speed, which isn’t true at all. I just said, “Alright, cheers for telling me, I’ll ring BT myself to arrange for an engineer.” Then he insisted he was the engineer, so I replied, “That’s not how BT does things, I’m pretty familiar with their procedures” (even though I don’t work there).
