I received a call claiming that I’ve somehow been overcharged by Amazon Prime and they're eager to refund me. However, they insisted on obtaining my bank account details to process this so-called refund. It’s quite clear that Amazon already has this information. This situation reeks of a scam! My advice? Just hang up or switch off your phone altogether. Never, under any circumstances, provide them with your banking information - it could lead to them draining your account in no time!
