I keep getting loads of spam calls lately, it’s so annoying! Why do they think it’s so urgent to talk to me? One time, I got a voicemail, but it was only half the message and they said they were calling for some company. Then they just hung up straight away. Totally unacceptable!

At first, there was just silence when I answered, but then I got the feeling it was coming from some call centre, though no one actually spoke or said anything!
