A caller claimed to be from Ecoheat and requested I confirm my name. I informed him he was actually speaking to the BBC scam investigation team, and just like that, they abruptly ended the call.

I received a rather surprising phone call from someone who mentioned two incorrect surnames but didn’t identify themselves at all. Feeling curious, I decided to ring them back and found out it was AWH Marketing Ltd. Seems a bit dodgy, if you ask me—I'm suspecting it's a scam!
