I got a call from someone saying my TalkTalk internet was hacked and they had to fix my laptop. They asked me to switch the screen using some keyboard shortcuts and then punch in a code so they could take control of my mouse and stuff. I ended the call, then they rang me right back, and I just hung up again.

They called claiming to be from TalkTalk and said there was an issue with my account. Then they asked if I could open my laptop to check something. Felt a bit dodgy to me!

I got a call from this number and they were asking about getting rid of pests or something like that. I told them straight up I wasn’t interested, and then they just ended the call!
