Avoid this lot, it’s a proper scam. They rang me claiming to be from BT and said there was an issue with my internet connection. I asked which company they were from and they named the wrong provider. Then I requested their contact number, and they gave me 020 7356 5000. When I dialled it, it did sound like BT, but looking it up online came up with lots of scam alerts. Don’t get caught out by these people.
