I probed multiple times about the expiration date of my supposed policy-one I clearly don’t have-and was met with the same response: “You haven’t claimed in the last year.” Then she had the nerve to ask if I was keen on this policy, to which I firmly replied, “Considering it’s a scam, absolutely not!” And just like that, she hung up…

Got a call from this number around 3:12pm today. A bloke with an Asian accent said he was calling from "Home Help". This guy called claiming to be checking if I qualified for some sort of emergency health alert system for older people. I told him I wasn’t a senior yet, and he pressed on asking my age. I said I’m not 60 so definitely not a senior. Then out of nowhere he asked me what songs I sing? I thought I didn’t hear right so I asked him again and sure enough, he repeated it.
