Somebody rang me saying they were from BT and that my internet service would be disconnected soon. When I questioned them about the reason, there was a weird silence and some rustling sounds in the background, then a guy who called himself Ryan - obviously not his real name - just ended the call.

got a weird call from a number i didnt recognise today. tried ringing back just to see who it was but all i got was a message saying “number not recognised”. does that sound like a scam to anyone?
