Got a call from someone saying they were with BT and needed to get on my computer to stop hackers. I told them no and asked for some kind of official verification. They started arguing but when I stood my ground, they just ended the call. I called BT myself afterwards and they said it was definitely a scam. I've blocked the number now. Honestly, it sounded pretty convincing at first.
