When they inquired whether the accident was my fault, I clarified that it certainly wasn’t. Then, they pressed on about the other party being responsible and sought further details on the incident. I informed them that my solicitor has all the pertinent information and suggested they reach out to them. At that point, the caller abruptly hung up!
