I received a call from a firm named Albany, and despite asking them four times about their business and purpose, all I could ascertain was that they somehow acquired my contact information along with particulars of a recent car mishap I had. When I pressed for more clarity regarding this unwelcome call, the chap on the other end became rather aggressive, claiming that I was being haughty, disrespectful, and rather unpleasant. Clearly, this wasn't your typical sales call, and it seems there's definitely some room for refinement in their telemarketing approach, in my opinion.
