Got a call from some place named Albany. I kept asking them repeatedly what their business was and how they got my details, especially about a car crash I had recently. Still, all they told me was nothing clear, just that they had my number and accident info.

When I pushed them to explain the reason for ringing me out of the blue, the bloke on the other end started getting pretty nasty, calling me arrogant and rude. Definitely not your usual sales call, and they've got a bit of work to do on their telesales approach, if you ask me.
