I experienced something quite similar recently. It was supposedly my life insurance provider, but they referred to me by my maiden name and mentioned a premium from ages ago, before I’d renewed! They claimed the call was about updates to the terms and conditions due to the pandemic. I decided to end the call since it felt off, but I have a hunch they’d have eventually attempted to fish for my banking info.

I keep getting phone calls from someone claiming to be with the NHS, asking for a Mrs Evans, which I certainly am not. It’s becoming rather bothersome as they won’t stop ringing!

Anyone genuinely seeking information about Covid-19 would be well-informed if they were true representatives of the NHS. It’s utterly disgraceful that some individuals exploit this pandemic to con others. This is about as despicable as it gets.

I received a phone call from someone named Christian, who said he was with credit litigation services.

I received a call from a lady with an Indian accent inquiring about whether I'd had my vaccinations. I replied that it was entirely my own choice. Unsurprisingly, she seemed perplexed by my response, so I told her to shove off, and then she promptly ended the call. What a ridiculous scam!

Received a call the other day from someone claiming to be associated with the Covid-19 support team, inquiring about my vaccination status. Clearly, it's a dodgy scheme of some kind.

I didn't pick up because I don't have a clue who might be calling from Wales. If it's related to the COVID jab, they really shouldn't be prying into your vaccination status. Best bet is to keep your personal info to yourself. I’m definitely blocking that number, 01970868548.

Received a call purporting to be from Kevin Pietersen at the national debt agency. This chap insisted that I provide him with a male name, but when I mentioned that I wasn't the man he was after, he brazenly offered to clear my debt for a measly £80 a month. Strangely, he then remarked that he wasn't fond of me and accused me of being rather unpleasant! What a curious encounter!

I received a rather unexpected phone call from someone claiming to be inquiring about the COVID-19 vaccine. They quizzed me on my health and vaccination status, which was slightly odd. Then, out of the blue, they shifted the conversation towards life insurance before they abruptly wrapped up the call. Quite a strange interaction, I must say!

Received a call regarding a COVID-related life insurance offer. They seemed to know an old address of mine, but their manner was rather brusque and they went round in circles. Despite me expressing my dissatisfaction, they kept ringing me up again and again. I have a strong feeling this might be a scam. When I requested to chat with a supervisor, they were just as unhelpful as the original caller, failing to provide satisfactory answers to my inquiries. Honestly, I find it hard to place any trust in them at all.
