I received a rather dodgy auto-call purporting to be from 'bank security', but they never disclosed which bank they represented. They claimed there were two dubious transactions on my account this morning: one to Amazon and another for a money transfer. Honestly, even if true, the amounts were far beyond my available balance (not that I took any of it seriously). Curiously, they didn’t even use my name or ask me for any sort of password. I’m just so fed up with these fraudsters popping up everywhere these days. Absolutely infuriating! 😡

Got a call from someone saying they were with Talk Talk and there was weird stuff happening on my account. I asked them for their phone number, but they just kept saying the same thing over and over instead of giving it. Got a call at 9:39 in the morning on 10th November 2021 from a bloke with a foreign accent claiming to be from BT. He introduced himself as "Ben" and asked how I was. Then he went on about some problem with our internet. Thing is, we don’t even have internet linked to that number, so it was clearly dodgy. We told him we were tied up and would ring back since we had his number showing. He just hung up after that. I’m wondering if anyone from BT or maybe OFCOM actually checks this site and takes action on these numbers folks keep reporting?

Got a call just now with an automated voice from some "Bank Card Services" saying there were two tries to withdraw cash from my account - one supposedly from Amazon for £300 and another for £1,500 from some online service. They told me to press one if I didn’t authorise these charges. Honestly, good luck to whoever thinks they’re getting any money out of me, cause there’s never that much in my bank anyway! Clearly a scam, but still quite unsettling.

About 10 minutes ago, I got a call from this number. The caller, a woman named Amanda, claimed to be from TalkTalk. When I asked her for a callback number, she seemed to get a bit annoyed and then quickly passed the phone to a bloke. He didn’t seem too happy either when I started asking questions.
