Without fail, they ask if they’re speaking to the “business owner.” I usually just keep quiet, or sometimes I pretend to be Quasimodo (Charles Laughton style), or even break into a silly song like “Agadoo” or “You’re A Pink Toothbrush” - which usually throws them off and makes the cat freak out.
