I had this peculiar call from someone who seemed to know my name and proceeded to ask me “three questions.” They recorded the conversation, and somehow, they already had my address! They wanted me to verify both my name and where I reside. At that point, I decided enough was enough and hung up. Just to clarify, I definitely don’t live anywhere near Wales.

I saw a weird number pop up on my phone but didn’t pick up. I checked it out later and it was flagged as annoying spam calls, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.

I had a rather peculiar chat with a gentleman from India who seemed quite knowledgeable about me, as he had both my name and address. He inquired about my status-things like whether I owned my home and my age range. Additionally, he was curious about who supplies my utilities at the moment. Unfortunately, the line was a bit dodgy, so after roughly twenty seconds, I decided to end the call.
