I've been receiving multiple phone calls from a persistent individual who seems intent on peddling stock market insights. It's been quite the nuisance, as they've rung me up using several different numbers, including a few that trace back to Switzerland. Their approach is rather pushy, to say the least.

Claimed to be from a domestic appliance service regarding the washer. They call roughly three times weekly, and occasionally it's before 9 in the morning, which can be quite startling!

I keep receiving calls from this number and various others, and it's always at the crack of dawn, which is extremely frustrating. My husband is unwell and needs his rest, yet these incessant calls disturb him constantly. It’s utterly unfair; these callers really ought to be put in their place. Can’t they find a legitimate way to earn a living instead of resorting to these scamming tactics?

Some bloke rang me claiming he was from Domestic and General. He mentioned that I was shelling out around £12 and promised he could drop it to about £8. However, as soon as I informed him that I wasn't actually paying anything since I don't have any policy with Domestic, he just cut the call. Quite dodgy, I reckon!

I received a call from a woman with an Asian accent who claimed to be notifying me that our washing machine cover was nearing expiry and was attempting to sell a renewal. The issue is, we had actually cancelled that policy quite some time ago. She abruptly ended the call when I questioned her about it.

I received a call from an Asian woman who wanted to speak with my daughter. I politely declined and hung up, then proceeded to look up the number. It dawned on me that my daughter has been away for ages, which immediately raised my suspicions.

A lady called me wanting to speak to someone whose name she mumbled. I politely asked for clarification, but she totally disregarded my question and started reading from what seemed like a pre-prepared script, claiming I’d been “selected” for something. I just said “no thank you” and ended the call.

What a nuisance! I picked up the call, greeted them with a 'hello', only for an automated voice to swiftly reply with a curt "goodbye." Quite absurd, really. I've promptly added this number to my block list. Cheers to that!
