Total scam, pretending to be from BT. They messed up my last name, just like loads of other dodgy calls I've had before. I asked what name they had on the account since it’s not me and I know a proper BT worker who deals with it. They got annoyed and said it was a “security thing” so they couldn’t say, and that by not giving my details they were putting my internet at risk. Sure, mate, whatever. Hung up straight away.
