Got a call from a supposed survey company called IFF Research, asking about something I'd supposedly done back in 2020. I never took part in any survey like that. The guy definitely didn't sound like he was from West Wales, more like he had a northern English accent. Pretty sure it was a scam.

This number rang me earlier at about 5:55 pm, and my phone showed it was from Aberystwyth. I wasn’t waiting for any calls, especially not from Aber, so I just let it ring out. They left a voicemail though, but the woman speaking had a thick London accent and I couldn’t really catch what she was saying. She mentioned something about a survey for the Welsh government and claimed they’d already sent me a letter and an email - which I never got. Said they’d be in touch again soon to do the survey. Feels a bit sketchy to me, so I’m not planning on picking up if they ring again.
