Got a call from someone who said they were from an energy firm offering grants. Could hardly understand the bloke, called himself James, sounded like he was struggling with English. Definitely seemed like one of those scams from a call centre in India. I just ended the call and reported it to the proper people.

Got a call at 15:04 but I didn’t pick up. That was my fourth scam call this whole day. Honestly, can’t something be done to stop these?

Got a call from a dodgy number I didn’t recognise, all the way from Wales. Decided to block it straightaway. When I checked up on the number, turns out it was one of those scam calls.
