I told him I didn’t own a computer, and he sounded surprised, then asked if I had an iPad or tablet. I said nope. Then he asked if I had a mobile phone, to which I replied yes, but it was a really old one. He went on to say the problem must be coming from that. I pointed out that my phone wasn’t even connected to the internet, and then he just dropped the call.
