I received a call from someone claiming to be Sam from the BT technical team, insisting they needed to address some issues with our internet connection. The thing is, we haven't reported any issues, which left me rather bewildered. I told them I couldn't chat at that moment and requested a callback number. They provided 012332 81270. I’ve done a bit of digging, and it appears this number might be linked to a scam.
