A rather dodgy chap from overseas claimed he was calling regarding nuisance calls. Quite ironic, as this was definitely a nuisance call itself! I attempted to return the call, but was met with a message saying it was being filtered through SkyTalk Shield. They wanted me to provide my name and hit the hash key—like that’s going to happen!

In a bustling office setting, a woman with a foreign accent inquired if she was speaking to Mrs. T, which happens to be my name. I asked her who was on the line, but she abruptly disconnected the call.

I keep getting calls from a company seeking a Mr. Sumner, who seems to have lived here at some point. It's the usual sort of thing, and they often have that distinct offshore twang in their voice. I've since blocked their number and won’t engage with them anymore.
