I requested the woman to remove my details from their records since I've never held any PPI. She insisted otherwise, claiming I do have it. But I’m the one who signs for all my agreements, so I’m well aware of whether I’ve got PPI or not. These relentless cold calls and irritating outreach need to end. It’s high time that the service provider took some decisive steps to address this issue.
