I've been receiving calls from a peculiar number out of the blue.

I received a dodgy call from someone claiming to be with BT Openreach, insisting that my IP address had been hacked. Honestly, it’s rather absurd! The way they set it up was utterly laughable - asking me to hit 1 to connect with BT's tech support or 2 for some other provider. If they were genuinely from BT, why on earth would I be needing to contact another company? It just doesn’t add up!

Got a call from someone pretending to be BT, saying my internet's been hacked or something. Then they asked me to press 1 if I'm with BT, or 2 if I use a different company. Like, seriously? Why would they even mention another provider if they think I'm with BT? Proper numpties. Hope they get what's coming to them.
