Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming she was from my BT server. I told her I never asked for any call and since I don't even use BT, it was clearly a scam. So I just ended the call straight away.

i got a call from someone claiming to be with bt openreach, said there was a problem with my router. when i told him i don’t use microsoft systems (i’m an apple user) he got all defensive. then i asked for a number to verify the call, hoping it was a proper bt contact, but he rattled off a number really fast. i asked if it was a uk number and he just said goodbye and hung up. seemed fishy to me.

Like always there was loads of noise in the background before a lady with an Asian accent said hello. I stayed quiet for a bit just breathing heavily into the phone, then I ended the call.
