They said they were from Legal Motor Services, but when I tried calling back using 1471/3, their voicemail came up as Access For Justice. I asked where they got my info from, and they claimed it was given by the 'Insurance Bureau'. When I corrected them on the accident details being wrong and told them we’re registered with the Telephone Preference Service and asked them not to call again, they just hung up. But sure enough, they phoned back the very next day.
