I struggled to grasp what that chap with the foreign accent was saying. He insisted he was representing BT Openreach and mentioned that there was an issue with my internet connection.

got a call from some bloke claiming to be from bt openreach, sounded like he was shouting from some noisy call centre. said my internet speeds were all over the place and wanted me to check my computer or whatever. i didn’t buy it for a second and ended the call straight away. no thanks!
