When I informed her that we weren’t using BT, she insisted that BT’s umbrella covers others like Sky, Virgin, TalkTalk, and even my own provider. I couldn’t help but think this was all nonsense! She kept repeating that they were merely investigating the main server, assuring me that no money was needed, and that all she needed was for me to verify how many lights were on my router. When I stated that I'd prefer to contact my provider directly, she abruptly ended the call.
