I rang Utilita and got through, but the person sounded quite abrupt. She asked me to hold while she was on another call, then didn’t even say "Utilita, how can I help?" Just asked "What can I do?" I said, "Sorry?" and she repeated "What can I do for you?" I mentioned she could’ve picked up a bit more politely.
