Got a call from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying my internet and phone lines were going to be cut off today if I didn’t hit 1 to sort it out. I just hung up straight away without saying a word - seemed dodgy to me, probably a scam.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT, which is odd since I’m not a BT customer. The lady had an Indian accent. I asked where they got my number from, but she just mumbled something unclear. I told her cold calling like this breaks GDPR rules, then she just ended the call.
